pages. DEADLINE:
Dalhousie Peer is published monthly for distribution
on the last Wednesday of every month. Ad copy deadline
is the Friday prior to the last Wednesday of the month.
Copy must be proofed by deadline day. Allow more time
for non-standard set up.
PAYMENT:
Due upon receipt of invoice following publication. All
prices G.S.T. extra.
DISTRIBUTION:
15,000 copies monthly. 9500 copies are delivered free
to homes in Port Dalhousie monthly with rotated door-to-door
delivery to the rest of St. Catharines. Remaining copies
are distributed through Avondale Stores, Public Libraries,
City Hall, Arenas and Community Centres, Credit Unions,
most advertisers, and selected outlets in St. Catharines.
ADVERTISING
POLICY:
We reserve the right to approve all copy and to include
the word “Advertisement” at the top or bottom
of any ad.
Should an error by Dalhousie Peer materially affect
the value of an advertisement, an adjustment will be
made by make-good and will not exceed in size the affected
portion of the original advertisement. Errors must be
reported in ten days.
Multiple advertising rates are based upon a 6 insert
minimum or as set out in a contract signed by both advertiser
and publisher. Advertisers terminating a contract early
will be billed retroactively at a rate corresponding
to the number of insertions.
Advertising discounts are awarded for pre-payment on
or before the publication deadline date. Post dated
cheques will be accepted for multiple advertising contracts
with each cheque made payable on the publication date
for each issue.
